4 Ingredient Flapjacks

1/4 cup of date syrup or honey 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

2 cups of oats 4-5 dates chopped into pieces

Instructions Pre-heat oven on gas mark 4 Melt coconut oil on a low fire Place all ingredients in a bowl Add the coconut oil, and mix well until the mixture is fully coated Transfer into a baking tray and press down so it smooth on top Place in oven and cook for up to 20 minutes Remove from the oven and allow it cool for 10 minutes before you tuck in
