Watermelon Sorbet

Benefits: Refreshing, full of natural ingredients, reduce inflammation and improve heart health


1/4 cup warm water if needed 1/2 watermelon cut into cubes 1 tsp lime juice

Instructions Place watermelon on a baking tray with parchment paper Freeze for up to 4-5 hours Once frozen add to blender with juice from lime and blend till smooth You may need to add hot water to support the blending process
