Champagne sorbet
Since we are going into a New Year, I thought you might want to try a different type of recipe. One that you can use for your very own dinner parties.

Ingredients
1/2 bottle of champagne or enough for taste
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of water
1 tsp maple syrup
1-litre pomegranate juice
Instructions
1. Combine champagne, sugar, and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat
2. Bring to a boil and stir until sugar dissolves
3. Remove from heat and stir in the pomegranate juice
4. Freeze mixture for 2 hours (or refrigerate overnight)
5. It should be completely cooled before moving on to the next step
6. Pour the champagne mixture into a food processor once it’s done, scoop it into a freezer- safe container
7. Freeze for 4-6 hours before serving, serve in a lovely champagne or martini glass
