Strawberries and blueberries breakfast bowl

Benefits: Low carb, high in protein, good source of calcium, high in fibre and good fats for hormonal balance.
Ingredients
10g seeds (pumpkin, chia and sunflower)
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of strawberries cut in half
1 small tub of coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt
Instructions
1. Spoon yoghurt into the bowl
2. Top with 1/4 cup of blueberries and strawberries
3. Add seeds and top up with remaining fruit
