Ingredients
1 cup of plant-based milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 handful of blackberries
1 handful of raspberries
2 -3 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
Mix chia seeds and milk in a mason jar or bowl
Add cinnamon and mix
Top with berries
Place in the fridge to set overnight
Remove and leave for 5-10 minutes before enjoying
