Chia Pudding

Benefits: Hormone-friendly, high-fiber, antioxidant-rich snack that supports digestion, balances blood sugar, and keeps you feeling full and energized.


Ingredients

1 cup of plant-based milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1 handful of blackberries

1 handful of raspberries

2 -3 tbsp chia seeds


Instructions

  1. Mix chia seeds and milk in a mason jar or bowl

  2. Add cinnamon and mix

  3. Top with berries

  4. Place in the fridge to set overnight

  5. Remove and leave for 5-10 minutes before enjoying
