Ingredients
½ cup cooked pumpkin (or butternut squash — roasted or steamed, then cooled)
½ small frozen banana
½ tsp cinnamon + a pinch of nutmeg and ginger
1 cup almond, oat, or coconut milk
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tsp almond butter or tahini
Instructions
Roast or steam your pumpkin until soft. Let it cool.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust spice or sweetness if needed.
Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
