Ingredients
1 cup flaxseeds, ground
2 cups of alternative milk of your choice
Optional: sweetener of choice, 2-3 dates and diced or 1 mashed banana
pinch of salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30-60 seconds
Then portion and refrigerate until set
