Hemp seed oatmeal
Benefits: Low carb, high in protein, good source of Omega 3.

Ingredients
1/4 cup raw almonds
2 cups almond milk (or other non-dairy milk of choice)
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp flaxseed
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup raw shelled hemp seeds
1 cup of berries
A pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Combine the almond milk, hemp seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, cinnamon, and salt in a pot
2. Stir the ingredients with a wooden spoon and bring to a boil over medium heat
3. Reduce the heat to low
4. Let the oatmeal simmer until it thickens (approximately 4 minutes), making sure to stir constantly to prevent the mix from sticking to the bottom of the pot
5. Serve the hemp seed oatmeal and top with berries and raw almonds
