Dark chocolate almonds with goji berries

Benefits: Good source of antioxidants, high in protein, contains vitamin A, vitamin C, and iron.


1 bar 70% dark cooking chocolate

1 cup almonds

1 cup goji berries


1. Break cooking chocolate into pieces and melt as per instructions

2. Once chocolate is melted add almonds and goji berries

3. Stir into the mixture until they are completely covered with the chocolate

4. Using a spoon scope the almonds and goji berries onto a baking sheet and place in the fridge until firm
