1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 spring onion
2 medium-sized broccoli heads chopped small
2 medium-sized parsnips chopped small
5 cups organic vegetable stock
Instructions
1. Cook Parnsips with vegetable stock for 5-10 minutes 2. Add broccoli to pot, add pepper cook for another 10 minutes 3. Allow the pot to cool
4. Pour contents into a blender and blend until completely smooth
