120ml (1/2 cup) coconut water
1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1 Carrot
1 Banana
1 tsp cinnamon
3 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Peel, wash and chop a carrot
2. Place all ingredients into the blender
3. Blend until smooth
