Tip 1 -Drink water - yep one of the tricks to losing water weight is drinking water to flush excess water out the body.


Ingredients

120ml (1/2 cup) coconut water

1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped

1 Carrot

1 Banana

1 tsp cinnamon

3 ice cubes


Instructions

1. Peel, wash and chop a carrot

2. Place all ingredients into the blender

3. Blend until smooth
