#beatthebloat series - Banana Cinnamon boats

Ingredients

¼ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp coconut oil

2 Bananas

2 tsp almond butter


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to gas mark 3

2. Melt oil in a small pan

3. With peel still on cut banana in ½

4. Place banana on a sheet of foil

5. Fill with Almond butter and sprinkle with cinnamon

6. Bake for 10-12 mins or until soft remove peel and eat
