Amaranth Porridge

Ingredients
1 cup amaranth
1 cup oat milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
3-4 dates
Instructions
Drain and rinse amaranth
Combine with one cup oat milk, 3-4 dates, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Bring to a boil, and reduce to a simmer
Cover and let simmer for 25 minutes and let sit for 5 mins
