Ingredients
½ cup of oats
1 handful of Almonds
1 cup of milk of choice
Pinch of Cinnamon
Pinch of Nutmeg
Instructions
1. Place almonds and oats into a blender and mix fine
2. Heat milk in a saucepan
3. Add mixture to milk and stir
4. Add cinnamon and nutmeg
5. Stir until smooth
