Banana and Cacao dessert smoothie, this smoothie will satisfy your sweet tooth by providing you with natural sugars. It has a high level of potassium, a good source of fibre, improves digestion and high in anti-oxidants. If your experiencing constipation this smoothie will help to get movement in the bowel.

Ingredients
1-2 bananas
1/2 - 1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cut of nut milk (cashew or almond is best)
2 walnuts crushed (optional)
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in a blender
2. Blend until smooth
3. Top with crushed walnuts and serve
