Hormone-Balancing Green Smoothie

Ingredients

1 pear

1 handful of wild rocket

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp spirulina {optional}

4 pieces of raw ginger


Instructions

  1. Cut the pear into medium-sized cubes

  2. Place all ingredients into a blender

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Drink straight away
