Chia seed and Almond Muesli

Benefits: Good source of Omega 3, source of protein, high in antioxidants, and low carb.

Ingredients

1/2 cup sliced raw unsalted almonds

1/2 cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

1 tsp ground ginger

2 tsp ground cinnamon

2 cups organic oats


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well
