Grass-fed beef and Ginger stew

Ingredients

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 cup fresh peas

1 boneless steak (trimmed)

1 onion

2 carrots

2 tbsp grated fresh ginger root

3 cloves garlic

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp grated fresh ginger root

3 tbsp hoisin sauce

3 tbsp water


Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into cubes

  2. Place the beef in a pot along with the carrots, onions, and garlic

  3. Add soy sauce, ginger root, pepper, and hoisin sauce in a small bowl and mix well

  4. Pour over the beef and vegetables

  5. Cover pot and cook on low until the beef is tender

  6. Serve, with vegetables maybe the deluxe stir fry {go back to blog menu for recipe} or roasted vegetables and Yorkshire puddings
