Energy balls

Benefits: Sea greens aid in boosting mood and energy levels, as they contain tryptophan, an essential amino acid for the brain’s serotonin creation.


Ingredients

½ cup of walnuts

¾ cup of oats

1 cup of dates

2 tsp spirulina

2 tsp almond butter


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender

  2. Roll into balls

  3. Place balls into the fridge and or freezer until firm
