Emerald (Green) Juice

Benefits: Fast and easy absorption of nutrients, supports energy levels, good for the skin, gives your digestive system a little rest and helps you to consume more raw produce.


1 handful of kale

1 handful of spinach

1 stem of celery

1/2 avocado (fresh or frozen)

1 pear

1 tsp spirulina

3 stems of fresh parsley

1 slice of fresh ginger

1 cup of filtered water


1. Rinse veggies first

2. Peel and cut the pear and avocado into small pieces

3. Place all ingredients into a blender or juice maker with purified water

4, Blend all ingredients until smooth
