Chocolate Chia Pudding

A great recipe for women with hormone imbalances as this little seed is so rich in nutrients and high in antioxidants.


Ingredients

5 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tbsp Cacao powder

1/2 - 1 cup of plant-based milk of choice

1/2 banana (for topping)

4-5 walnuts crushed


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl or mason jar

  2. Place in the fridge overnight

  3. When removed from fridge top with banana and walnuts
