Berry boost smoothie

Benefits: Rich in vitamin C and a good source of Omega 3.


Ingredients

1/4 avocado, chopped

1/2 cup chamomile tea

1 tbsp goji berries

1 handful baby spinach leaves

2 handfuls pitted cherries or strawberries


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth.
