Oat and Hemp seed crumble


Benefits: Low on refined sugars and a good source of fibre.


Ingredients:

½ cup organic plain flour or spelt flour

1 small pear

1 cooking apple

1 tbsp oats

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp stevia

Knob of butter


Instructions

1. Peel pear and apple place in a saucepan with cinnamon stick and steam until soft

2. Once soft place in an ovenproof dish and let cool

3. Add ½ cap of natural vanilla extract to fruit

4. In a bowl, add flour, oats, hemp seeds, stevia and butter and crumble until all ingredients are mixed well and form a crumble mixture add nutmeg or cinnamon if desired

5. Bake in oven until golden brown and serve with Greek or coconut yogurt
