I have taken the leap

I wrote a post 2 weeks ago about the book I have been reading called Playing Big by Tara Mohr, and this blog is now an action that I committed to after reading Chapter 7 Leaping. So here is my leap, I have just completed an ebook that has been designed to help women who are unable to reach their weight loss goals due to having imbalanced hormones.


Without giving too much away, this book provides delicious juice and or smoothie recipes that women can have for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Each recipe is full of gut-friendly, anti-inflammatory, and high-fiber foods that are beneficial to hormone health.


In this book, I share my story explaining why I became a nutritionist and the impact that poor hormone health had on my life despite thinking I was a healthy young lady. I really think the more we share with others the more we can help women going through the same thing who don't know how to ask for help.


I also hope this book helps women understand more about their hormone health so they can see that sticking to a healthy diet and lifestyle can be simple, enabling them to feel confident again and have more positive energy i.e. not feeling tired all the time for no reason.


This is me leaping; I have put it out there now so I can’t turn back and not publish the material. Keep an eye on the website as my ebook will launch on 22nd August. Ooops I did it again.
