Fresh Fruit Ice Lollies

Benefits: Natural sugars, high in antioxidants and high in fibre


Ingredients

1 cup of strawberries

1 cup of blueberries

2 tbsp of coconut milk

2 tbsp water

2 dates


Instructions

  1. Blend 1 tbsp of coconut milk, water, and 1 date with chosen fruit.

  2. Place in ice lolly holder and freeze for 30 minutes

  3. Repeat process for fruit flavour 2

  4. Freeze fully for 5-6 hours
