Are you eating your vegetables?

Talking to all women that still tell me they do not eat vegetables; I mean that is just like a foreign language to me but my journey with vegetables didn’t start overnight.

So, this is what I will do this month each Sunday I will share a recipe with you that is veg-based or you can include vegetables. E.G I make a lentil and mushroom Bolognese and sometimes add courgettes and kale to it.

Instead of lentils, you can do your traditional Bolognese with mushrooms, courgettes, and kale. Simple ideas like that.

I know for some this may seem like a given but there are many women who need some assistance and ideas.
