Am I really ready for the gyms to open back up

The gyms are back, and I am not sure if I should be excited or not, however, one thing this lockdown has taught me is that I do not need to always push my body so hard to get results, and sometimes a walk or a yoga class is just what my body needs and nothing more.


I’ve walked a lot of steps this year in the sun, rain, and snow not something I ever thought I would do but I have loved walking in all seasons because it has given my mind and body an opportunity to clear and relax.


So, let's see what my new fitness journey looks like from this day forward, I wonder if my goals will remain the same or will my primary focus be mind over body.
