No time to eat breakfast, not always sure what to eat for lunch, and bored of eating the same thing all the time? These are some of the challenges women face day to day making it hard to remain focused on our health plans no matter how good our intentions are.
While I can share many tips telling you to do this and do that. You will still need to take action because without action nothing will change. Leading to dissatisfaction, feeling of failure, non-fulfillment, and pain because you not attaining your desired goals.
The good news is it does not need to be hard you can achieve your goals by making simple, small, and consistent changes. You will be surprised what you can do when you make it less stressful for yourself and take the pressure off.

Don’t have time to eat breakfast try a small fruit salad with an assortment of berries, make a vegan protein shake, make vegetable juice, and or use it as an opportunity to fast {if it suits your lifestyle}
Lunch is not always prepared, try to cook extra on a Sunday, putting some food aside for your lunch in the week. You can freeze your dishes until you are ready for them. Home-cooked meals are the first step to a healthier diet.
Get bored of eating the same thing experiment with recipes. This can be fun you can try adding a different vegetable to your meals, eat a new fruit, or even try a different type of topping on your porridge.
If you want quick and easy, make dishes that take up minimal time. These include smoothies, overnight oats, soups, vegetable stews, and stir fry dishes.
You might think this is not a lot of information but if you remain consistent it will definitely get you going, taking you closer to your goal.
