Deluxe veggie stir-fry

½ red pepper

½ yellow pepper

½ orange pepper

½ red onion

½ packet mangetout peas

½ packet spinach

½ packet curly kale

½ white cabbage sliced

1 broccoli

1 packet baby corn

4 garlic cloves

5 slice fresh ginger


  1. Wash all vegetables

  2. Place ¾ cup of water in a wok and bring to boil

  3. Place all vegetables in wok

  4. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are cooked
