Breakfast spring clean smoothie

Ingredients

1 pear

1 lemon peeled

1 large handful of spinach

1 large handful of broccoli

1 small handful of coriander

1 thumb of ginger

1 teaspoon of chlorella

2 cups purified water depending on desired consistency


Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in blender

2. Blend until smooth


Benefits: Chlorella may help the body detox by binding to heavy metal, bolster immune function by increasing the activity of various parts of the immune system and may help lower blood sugar levels and increase insulin sensitivity.
