Your adrenals can become overtaxed when you experience too much emotional, physical or mental stress, leading to the disruption of hormones like adrenaline, cortisol, and progesterone.


1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder

1/2 tsp maca powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 banana

1 handful kale

1 1/2 cups coconut or oat milk


1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
