Ingredients
1/2 onion sliced
1-2 garlic cloves
1-2 carrots chopped
1-2 sprigs of thyme
2 celery stalks chopped
2 bay leaves
Handful of fresh parsley
Instructions
In a pan lightly fry garlic and onion until soft
Add remaining ingredients with 6-8 cups of water
Cook on low heat for approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour
