#guthealthseries - Vegetable broth

Ingredients

1/2 onion sliced

1-2 garlic cloves

1-2 carrots chopped

1-2 sprigs of thyme

2 celery stalks chopped

2 bay leaves

Handful of fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. In a pan lightly fry garlic and onion until soft

  2. Add remaining ingredients with 6-8 cups of water

  3. Cook on low heat for approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour
