Ingredients
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
5 dates
Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
Soak dates in hot water for 5-10 mins to soften
Juice lemon
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until sticky and smooth
Spoon out the mixture and roll into balls
Place in fridge for 2-3 hours
Store in an air-tight container
