Seed Cycling Energy Bites

Benefits: Rich in omega-3s and protein, slow-digesting carbs for sustained energy, support gut health, and can help stabilise insulin. Rich in potassium, magnesium — quick energy and mineral support.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 5 dates

  • Juice from 1 lemon


Instructions

  1. Soak dates in hot water for 5-10 mins to soften

  2. Juice lemon

  3. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until sticky and smooth

  4. Spoon out the mixture and roll into balls

  5. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours

  6. Store in an air-tight container
