Hormone-Balancing Banana Oat Pancakes (Plant-Based)

Benefits: Rich in protein and fibre, helps with estrogen metabolism, supports gut health, and reduces insulin spikes, supporting hormone health


Ingredients

1 ripe banana

120ml oat milk

60g oat flour (or blended oats)

1 tbsp ground flaxseeds

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.

  2. Add the oat milk and mix well.

  3. Stir in the oat flour, flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Mix until you get a smooth batter

  5. Pour small amounts of batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes

  6. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden.
