Hormone-Balancing Banana Oat Pancakes (Plant-Based)

Ingredients
1 ripe banana
120ml oat milk
60g oat flour (or blended oats)
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth.
Add the oat milk and mix well.
Stir in the oat flour, flaxseeds, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix until you get a smooth batter
Pour small amounts of batter into the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes
Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden.
