Baked Grapefruit with Honey and Vanilla

Benefit: Low-calorie dessert, rich in natural sugars and help curb sugar cravings


1/2 grapefruit

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp honey, or maple syrup for vegan

pinch salt


  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C

  2. Cut the grapefruit in half

  3. Place them on the baking sheet

  4. Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with honey and vanilla extract

  5. Bake for 17 minutes.
