Baked Grapefruit with Honey and Vanilla
Benefit: Low-calorie dessert, rich in natural sugars and help curb sugar cravings
Ingredients
1/2 grapefruit
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey, or maple syrup for vegan
pinch salt

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 200C
Cut the grapefruit in half
Place them on the baking sheet
Sprinkle with salt, drizzle with honey and vanilla extract
Bake for 17 minutes.
