Blue Smoothie Bowl

Benefits: Anti-inflammatory, a good source of antioxidants, high in protein, and healthy fats.


1/3 cup of coconut flakes

1/4 cup of blackberries

1 tbsp of agave nectar

1 tbsp coconut yogurt for topping

2 frozen bananas

3 tsp Blue spirulina


1. Blend frozen bananas, agave nectar, and spirulina until smooth

2. Pour mixture in bowl

3. Add a tablespoon of coconut yogurt, blackberries, and coconut flakes and serve
